FoogleGiber LLC • Refund Terms

Meridian subscriptions purchased directly from FoogleGiber LLC are eligible for refund consideration within fourteen calendar days of the original transaction date, provided the software has been used only for non-destructive evaluation within the scope of the subscribed plan.
Submit refund requests through your designated Meridian account contact or by responding to the order confirmation issued at purchase with the order number, licensed email, and a concise description of the issue preventing successful use. Requests must originate from the verified account owner or billing contact on record.
Approved refunds are processed within seven business days. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take an additional three to five business days to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Refunds are unavailable once Meridian licenses have been activated on more machines than permitted by the purchased plan or where license revocation was initiated to circumvent activation limits.
Accounts engaged in chargeback activity forfeit refund eligibility until disputes are resolved in favor of FoogleGiber LLC and all outstanding balances are settled.
Custom engineering engagements, on-premise builds, or professional services retainers are non-refundable once the statement of work has commenced or deliverables have been provisioned.
Refunds are declined when associated with unauthorized reverse engineering, tampering, security incidents, or other breaches of the Meridian License Agreement or applicable law.
Purchases made through resellers or marketplaces are governed by the partner’s policies. FoogleGiber LLC does not issue direct refunds for those orders.
Requests submitted after the fourteen-day eligibility window, or following renewal periods where Meridian usage continued beyond the billing anniversary, are ineligible absent a statutory cooling-off right that cannot be waived.
