Walkthrough of every panel available to Meridian staff operators.

Customers

Full user directory with license tier, HWID lock status, last heartbeat, and ban toggles. Search by email, key, or HWID fingerprint.

Orders

SellAuth transaction log synced every 60 s. Columns: order ID, amount, gateway, chargeback flag, license key issued. Manual refund trigger available.

Tickets

Zendesk-lite queue embedded in-dashboard. Assign, escalate, or close tickets. Auto-populates customer context from the Customers panel.

Intel

Live ETW feed of injection attempts, debugger attach events, and tamper alerts from the field. Drill into process tree, syscall trace, and geolocation.

Revenue

30-day rolling MRR chart, churn cohort table, and LTV histogram. Export CSV or push to Discord webhook for the #metrics channel.

Abuse

Rate-limit violators, license-sharing clusters, and rapid HWID rotation flags. One-click revoke + blacklist with optional grace window.

Access requires staff role in KeyAuth. All actions are audit-logged to Upstash KV with immutable append-only semantics.
