A repeatable launch-day sequence for paid products.

Phase 1 — Teaser (D-7)

  • Single tweet: problem statement, no product name.
  • Discord announcement in #early-access with countdown.
  • Landing page goes live with email capture only.

Phase 2 — Reveal (D-3)

  • Product name, price anchor, feature bullet list.
  • Demo video (under 90 seconds) pinned on Twitter.
  • Affiliate links distributed to 3–5 partners.

Phase 3 — Launch (D-Day)

  • Cart opens at 12:00 EST. Stripe + SellAuth ready.
  • Twitter thread: 5 tweets, 1 CTA each.
  • Discord @everyone with direct purchase link.
  • First 50 buyers receive bonus config pack.

Phase 4 — Sustain (D+1 to D+7)

  • Daily testimonial tweet from early buyers.
  • Mid-week price increase announcement.
  • Email blast to waitlist: last chance at launch price.

Pro tip: Record every step in a private Discord thread. Reuse the exact sequence for your next product — only swap the copy.
