Sales objection handler

Deflect, reframe, and close when prospects push back. This recipe chains three Meridian agents to neutralize objections in real time.

Trigger

Prospect sends a message containing a known objection pattern (price, timing, competitor, authority gap). Meridian classifies the objection and fires this recipe automatically.

Steps

  1. 1Classify — the objection router agent tags the objection type and urgency tier.
  2. 2Reframe — the rebuttal drafter agent generates a two-sentence pivot that acknowledges the concern then redirects to value.
  3. 3Close — the scheduler agent proposes a concrete next step (call, demo, trial) with a single-click calendar link.

Output

A single threaded reply in the prospect's channel containing the reframe and the calendar link. The conversation stays natural — no bot tone.
