Reset password

Forgot your password? Follow the steps below to set a new one and regain access to your Meridian account.

Click “Forgot password?”

On the sign-in page, enter your email address and click the Forgot password? link below the password field. This will trigger a password reset request for your account.

Check your email inbox

Meridian will send a password reset email to the address associated with your account. The email contains a unique, time-limited link. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Open the reset link

Click the link in the email or copy and paste it into your browser. The link will take you to a secure page where you can choose a new password. Reset links expire after 60 minutes for security reasons.

Set your new password

Enter a new password that meets the minimum requirements: at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Confirm the password by typing it a second time, then submit the form.

Sign in with your new password

Once the password is updated, you will be redirected to the sign-in page. Use your email and the new password to log in. All active sessions on other devices will be terminated automatically for your safety.

Troubleshooting

  • No email received? Wait a few minutes, check spam, and ensure you entered the correct email address on the sign-in page.
  • Link expired? Request a new reset link from the sign-in page. Each request invalidates previous links.
