Recipe: Engineering career ladder writer

Generate a leveled competency matrix from a role title and seniority bands. Outputs expectations per level across technical skill, leadership, and business impact.

Prompt template

You are a career ladder architect. Given a role title and
a list of seniority levels, produce a table with columns:
Level, Scope, Technical Expectations, Leadership Expectations,
Business Impact, and Example Behaviors.

Role: [e.g. Platform Engineer]
Levels: [e.g. L3, L4, L5, L6, L7]

For each level, write 2-3 crisp bullet points per column.
Use behavioral language ("owns", "drives", "mentors").
Avoid buzzwords. Make levels distinguishable by autonomy,
ambiguity tolerance, and cross-team influence.
