Ingredients

- Honesty — no one else reads this
Morning prompts
- Intention — What is the one thing I want to feel proud of by tonight?
- Obstacle — What internal resistance am I carrying into today?
- Energy — On a scale of 1–10, how present do I feel right now?
Evening prompts
- Win — What moment today made me feel alive or capable?
- Lesson — If today were a teacher, what did it try to show me?
- Release — What thought or worry am I ready to let go of before sleep?
Method
- Pick one morning prompt and one evening prompt.
- Set a timer for 3 minutes per prompt — no editing, just flow.
- At the end of the week, read back your entries and underline patterns.
- Adjust prompts monthly to match your current season.
