Automate guest invites, RSVP tracking, and schedule coordination with Meridian workflows.

Ingredients

  • Meridian account with workflow access
  • Guest list CSV or Google Sheets link
  • Email or SMS integration configured
  • Calendar provider (Google Calendar or Outlook)

Steps

  1. Import guest list. Upload a CSV or connect a Google Sheet containing names, emails, and phone numbers.
  2. Create invite trigger. Set up a workflow that sends personalized invites via email or SMS when a new guest row is added.
  3. Configure RSVP webhook. Add a webhook endpoint to capture yes/no/maybe responses and update a tracking sheet automatically.
  4. Schedule reminders. Build a timed workflow that sends reminder messages 3 days and 1 day before the event.
  5. Sync calendar. Connect your calendar provider to auto-create events for confirmed guests and block your availability.
  6. Post-event follow-up. Trigger a thank-you message and feedback survey 24 hours after the event ends.

Pro tip

Use Meridian's conditional branching to send different messages to guests who haven't responded versus those who declined — keep the nudges friendly.
