Terms — plain English summary

The actual Terms of Service is the binding document. This is the human version, in five bullets.

  1. Pay-as-you-go credit. You buy credit in advance. Credit doesn't expire. We deduct as you use the API.
  2. OpenAI compatibility, no warranty. We pass requests through to upstream models. We can't guarantee a specific model's behavior — only that the API shape works.
  3. Don't use for prohibited content. No CSAM, no targeted harassment, no large-scale phishing. We will ban accounts that do this and refund only the unused balance.
  4. Refunds within 30 days. Unused credit can be refunded within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Email us. After 30 days credit stays as credit.
  5. We can pause access for abuse. If something looks like an attack or massive payment-fraud cluster, we will pause keys first and ask questions after. We will notify you within 24 hours.
