Saved Search & Alerts

Persist complex queries and receive notifications when new results match your criteria.

Overview

Saved searches let you bookmark frequently used license lookups, user filters, or hardware fingerprint queries. Each saved search can optionally trigger alerts via Discord webhook or email when a new matching record appears.

Creating a Saved Search

  1. Navigate to any table view (Licenses, Users, Sessions).
  2. Apply filters using the column header dropdowns or the global search bar.
  3. Click the Save Search button in the toolbar.
  4. Give the search a name and optional description.
  5. Toggle Enable Alerts if you want notifications.

Alert Configuration

Discord Webhook

Paste a Discord webhook URL. Alerts arrive as rich embeds with the matched record count and a direct link.

Email Digest

Receive a batched digest every 15 minutes. Configure per-search to avoid noise.

Managing Searches

All saved searches appear under Dashboard → Saved Searches. From there you can edit filters, toggle alerts, rename, or delete. Searches are scoped to your account and persist across sessions.

Alert quotas are enforced per-account. See Rate Limits for current thresholds.
