Recipe: Team handoff note writer
Generate structured shift-handoff notes from raw voice memos or bullet-point scratch. Meridian extracts decisions, blockers, and follow-ups so the next shift starts informed.
Quick start
- 1Open Meridian and select New handoff from the command palette.
- 2Paste your raw notes or upload a voice memo. Include context: team name, shift window, and any pinned incidents.
- 3Meridian outputs a formatted handoff with sections: Summary, Decisions made, Active blockers, and Follow-ups for next shift.
- 4Review, edit inline, then copy to Slack, Notion, or email.
Pro tips
- ▸Tag people with @handle in your raw notes — Meridian preserves mentions in the output.
- ▸Use the /template command to save a custom handoff format your team reuses.
- ▸Append --urgent to flag critical items that need immediate attention.
