Performance

More is better. Linear satisfaction.

Delighters

Unexpected. High impact, low cost.

Indifferent

No effect either way. Cut these.

How to Run It

  1. List every feature candidate on a spreadsheet.
  2. Survey users with functional + dysfunctional questions.
  3. Map each response pair to a Kano category.
  4. Stack-rank: Basic → Performance → Delighter.
  5. Ship the top 3 delighters in the next sprint.
