Credits are applied to your next billing cycle. Maximum credit per month is 25% of your subscription fee. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.

How We Measure

Uptime is tracked via independent third-party probes hitting our API health endpoint every 60 seconds from five geographic regions. Downtime is counted when two or more regions report a non-2xx response simultaneously for at least 120 seconds.
