OKR Framework
Align your team around measurable outcomes with Objectives and Key Results. This recipe walks through setting up a lightweight OKR tracker inside Meridian.
Step 1 — Define Objectives
Create a top-level page called OKRs Q2. Each objective is a heading block with a bold, aspirational statement. Limit to 3–5 objectives per quarter.
Step 2 — Add Key Results
Under each objective, nest a bullet list of 2–4 key results. Every KR must be numeric and time-bound. Example: “Increase trial-to-paid conversion from 12% to 18% by June 30.”
Step 3 — Weekly Check-ins
Add a /checkin sub-page with a simple table: KR name, current value, target, confidence (1–10). Update it every Friday. Meridian's real-time sync keeps everyone on the same page.
Step 4 — Retrospective
At quarter end, duplicate the page and annotate each KR with a final score and a one-sentence reflection. Archive it under a /archive folder for historical reference.
Pro tip: Use Meridian's linked database view to roll up all active OKRs into a dashboard. Filter by owner or confidence level to spot at-risk KRs early.
