Interview loop designer

Build structured interview loops with role-based stages, scorecards, and debrief workflows — all inside Meridian.

Ingredients

  • Meridian workspace with Admin role
  • Job requisition template
  • Scorecard schema (Skills, Values, Bar-raiser)
  • Calendar integration configured

Steps

  1. Create the loop

    Navigate to Hiring → Loops → New. Name it after the role and attach the requisition.

  2. Define stages

    Add stages: Recruiter screen, Technical deep-dive, System design, Culture fit, Bar-raiser. Set duration and interviewer count per stage.

  3. Attach scorecards

    Bind each stage to a scorecard section. Technical stages map to Skills; Culture fit maps to Values.

  4. Assign panel

    Select interviewers from the talent pool. Meridian checks availability and avoids conflicts.

  5. Publish & schedule

    Publish the loop. Candidates are auto-slotted into open windows. Interviewers receive calendar invites.

  6. Debrief

    After all stages complete, Meridian aggregates scorecards and surfaces a debrief view with consensus indicators.

Pro tip

Use the Bar-raiser stage as a final gate. Meridian can enforce that no offer is extended until the Bar-raiser scorecard is submitted.
